Keep your unsupported web lengths to a minimum.

Web guiding and wrinkle problems can often be avoided by properly supporting your web though each tension zone on your machine. Long unsupported web lengths should be shortened where possible. Take a long look at your process and determine where your web may benefit from being better supported. Shortening those unsupported web distances where possible may be a simple answer to better processing of your web.
