Vertical Accumulator Ideal for all continuous, non-stop operations, including laminating, coating, printing, drying and etching. Stores material on a multi-roll mounted ball-bearing sliding carriage while the rewind or unwind roll is replaced, thus eliminating the need to shut down the processing equipment. Can be used to advantage in either unwind or rewind applications. Well suited for all types of web operations - paper, film, foil, plastic, etc. Accommodates web widths up to 30" - roll diameters to 1 1/2". All steel construction for strength and durability. Adjustable tension loading. Potentiometer output. Auto line synchronization control for a DC variable speed motor. Thread position facilitates the material threading process. Can be designed to exact customer requirements - easily retrofits existing web lines and equipment.
