control tension on any continuous press... The Infeed Tensioner retrofits easily to your press between the unwind and first work station. All parts are outboard mounted, facilitating installation. Simply punch four holes to the side frame and mount! Tension is set by the amount of air pressure on the air cylinder, which is a rolling diaphragm ball bushing type. This pressure is controlled by a precision regulator and is used to load the dancer. The dancer roll controls a potentioner, whose output controls the brake output.
